Open Studio: January 3rd 5-7p
Exciting news!
Due to overwhelming demand, we're thrilled to announce another 3-hour Open Studio class, just in time for a unique gift in which I am offering participants the ultimate creative freedom and guidance in pottery making.
During this session, you'll have exclusive access to our studio space, where you can explore a range of pottery techniques, including hand-building, wheel throwing, and slab functional ware. The best part? There are no clay limits! Create to your heart's content within the class time, allowing you to unleash your creativity without constraints.
Whether you prefer the wheel, handbuilding, or utilizing molds, the choice is yours. Our studio provides a welcoming environment for all preferences and skill levels.
As you craft your pottery masterpieces, enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks to fuel your creativity. We also encourage participants to come prepared with printed or digital inspiration, utilizing resources like Pinterest to spark creativity and exploration.
Following the class, you'll receive an invitation to glaze your projects, ensuring a fully personalized and polished finish. Alternatively, you can schedule a glazing session at your convenience.
Join us for this exciting opportunity to explore your creativity, learn new techniques, and bring your pottery visions to life. Together, we can make anything possible.
Open to all ages. Adults must stay with children younger than 7.
Price for attending the session is $90 which includes all the ceramics you make.
I will glaze your work for you to be picked up in 4-6 weeks after the class ends.
If you are buying the class for a child (e.g., a 2nd grader), and the child needs an adult to attend for assistance, you only need to buy one ticket for the child, and the adult does not need to pay an additional fee.
If you are buying the class as a gift for two children and you will attend with both, you should buy tickets for the two children only and not for yourself. The assumption is that you will be helping both children in their activity, so your participation is covered by the child tickets.
