My Story

Hi! I’m Brooke Elizabeth Ann—a mother of four, an art teacher, and an artist. Let me share a bit about how I got to where I am today.

I was born and raised on a dairy farm in upstate New York near the Adirondacks (basically Canada!). I’ve always been passionate about creating, taking the road less traveled, making things, and exploring, so pursuing a career in art felt natural to me. After graduating from SUNY Potsdam, I moved around the East Coast, working, painting, living by the beaches, and soaking in nature’s beauty.

As my family grew, I felt the pull to return home so my children could be raised close to the people who matter most. Once we were settled back home, I found an amazing teaching position at a local high school, where I get to work with young, creative minds. It's been an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding journey—second only to being a mother.

After years of selling my paintings and drawings to friends and family, I decided it was time to create a dedicated art studio in my basement. During college, one of my favorite mediums was ceramics, so with this new space, I bought a kiln and a pottery wheel, and my dream of starting a business began to take shape. Since 2020, I’ve been selling my unique ceramic pieces online and at art shows through my company, Brooke Elizabeth Ann.

Every part of my journey has led me to this moment—doing what I love, surrounded by the people who mean the most. Living in a part of the country where the four seasons revolve in all their beauty is a constant source of inspiration, and it shows in my work.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with all of you. I look forward to seeing where my creativity takes me next. Thank you for your support—it means the world to me and my family.
